Roberta is currently Head of Sales for Signal Climate Analytics – a research company focused on the assessment of net zero transition plans and more in general risks and opportunities arising for global companies in a low carbon future.

Roberta entered the financial industry in 1993, initially working for Banca IMI in Milan as a junior sales and later position trader in US treasuries bonds. In 1999 she moved into equities with a role as senior sales working for Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Deutsche Bank and UBS till 2010 when she came to London and began working with independent research providers. She became passionate about research in the field of climate change and in 2019 she formally began her career in sustainability by joining CDP (the Carbon Disclosure Project) fundamental research team.

Roberta is passionate investments and about making the world of finance more understandable and accessible by the younger generations.  During her years at UBS, she took part in various initiatives to help younger member from disadvantaged background to understand what it takes to get a job in finance, and today she is the Investment Managers Charitable Trust bursary secretary.

Outside of work Roberta is married with Angelo and has two children. They are all share a passion for skiing, hiking, and cooking.
